Delivery 

Delivery costs and costs of importing the items (foreign taxes and customs duties) are borne by the customer.

As an example:

– For an order delivered within United Kingdom, delivery costs are offered free-of-charge.

– For an order delivered within the European Union, delivery costs are usually £170 incl. VAT.

– For an order delivered to all other countries, delivery costs are usually £300 incl. VAT.

However, delivery costs may vary depending on the country of delivery and the total amount of the order.
The customer may also have the items delivered to a natural person of his choice as part of the Gift Service implemented by VANLELES Diamonds Ltd.

For purchases outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, these are the responsibility of the customers. Our nominated courier will contact the client in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier.

It is understood that no delivery may be made to hotels, business addresses or post-office boxes.

We have partnered with selected couriers to deliver to many countries worldwide. We regularly ship to the following destinations:

VANLELES Diamonds Ltd. endeavour to fulfil all orders and may be able to deliver to your destination even if it’s not listed above. Please contact us at team@vanleles.com to discuss shipping enquiries.

We can provide our specialist Express service for international delivery of certain high-end jewellery. In order to obtain a competitive delivery rate for you, we will manually calculate a quote which will be emailed to you within 2 working days from receipt of your request.

Note that even in countries which we will deliver to, there may be specific exclusions relating to individual item of jewellery or restrictions on certain jewellery items dependent on the country of export/import. Please contact us in the event that you are in a country which is not listed as we may still be willing to deliver, at our discretion.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery including customs clearance.

Returns or Exchanges

Kindly note that this policy does not apply to jewellery purchase in our salon, bespoke jewellery and modified jewellery purchases.

If you are unhappy with your VANLELES Diamonds Ltd. online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days - Please contact us on +44 (0) 207 40091081 or team@vanleles.com  with details of your online return request. 

The customer may return the items delivered within 14 days following the delivery date. We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and with the original security tag unbroken and attached to the jewellery and in the original VANLELES packaging box with all accessories and documents, protective materials. The returned items must be accompanied by the duly completed return order form as well as a copy of the invoice, to the following address:

Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke, personalised or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.

The precondition for exercising the right of return is that you have worn the products merely to try them on, as in a store, and that you send the products back comprehensively, in mint condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable) and in the original packaging (incl. all accessories and documents).

It is specified that when using the Gift Service, the right of withdrawal remains to the sole benefit of the customer and may in no case be exercised by the recipient of the gift.
